About Me:
Life Is Definitely a Journey!
As the founder of the teachings of Evolutionary Enlightenment (and my spiritual teacher), Andrew Cohen, says we are an evolutionary process developing in time. Well I can say personally that I have lived at least six lifetimes (that I can clearly define) in this one birth. Wow, an evolutionary process indeed!
My most current and interesting lifetime to date is the present one. I am blessed to have the dream job as the PR director for EnlightenNext and What Is Enlightenment? magazine, meaning I'm literally on the front lines of our mission to create a revolution in consciousness and culture. And our partnership with Zaadz and all of you presents a new and thrilling potential in helping us realize our mission.
How Did I Get Here?
Well, it's an unlikely story, I think. I've never considered myself spiritual or spiritually interested for that matter but I have always experienced a deep existential dissatisfaction with the way things are (the status quo of the culture and world we've created). My mom tells me this was always true even as a preschooler! So I guess my journey (until 8 years ago) has more been about rejecting what is, rather than creating something new and higher.
Then about eight years ago I was in a serious car accident which literally changed the course of my life. Shortly afterwards I travelled to India to meet the person who would finally help me make sense of not just my life but life itself…my spiritual teacher Andrew Cohen. Since then life has gone from being something that I “did the best I could” at, to being the most precious vehicle for radical transformation of…well life itself!
Life Is a Sacred Obligation
Life with a real spiritual teacher and collective of individuals committed to literally trying to evolve consciousness and culture as themselves is the most challenging, intense, at times painful, often ecstatic, joyous, profound and ultimately sacred endeavor that one could possibly engage in. And helping to spread the fruits of our emerging knowledge and wisdom with as many interested people as possible is the best use of one's life I can think of. So I'm honored and privileged to be a part of this forum and to connect with so many people who are honestly interested in doing the same.
Revolution!

P.S. Check out Andrew Cohen's new blog. It's a 21st Century dharmic dialogue via the blogosphere…How cool is that! :)
